You have the right to return your whole order or part of it without having to announce the reason why you want to return the products, within 1 working day from the date you receive them, under the condition that you choose another product from our shop. You must send the product in the excellent condition in which you received it, namely without having opened its package, and confirming that the special marks on the product have not been removed. In case the reason of return concerns a mistake by our company, we undertake to incur the cost of the dispatch to you and the return of the product.
In case of product return, their replacement shall be completed within days from the date we receive them. In case the reason of return concerns a mistake by our company, SENDAI undertakes to send a courier again, to the address you have specified for the reception of the order, at its own expenses. Any complaint to SENDAI can be electronically submitted by filling in the relevant contact form.
For any transaction to be performed through the SENDAI e-shop, for the company’s products to be ordered, you shall be requested to disclose some of your personal data. When you make an order, we shall request your full name, the address to which the products shall be sent, your mobile phone number and your e-mail address. After you fill in the aforementioned data and if you choose to pay with card, you shall be automatically transferred to the safe environment of Paypal, and thus, we shall not store any information regarding the details of your credit card.
The aforementioned data are processed by the company according to article 7Α par. 1 (b) of the Greek Law 2472/1997, in order to perform the order given by the customer, and shall not be disclosed, announced or sold to third parties in any way, unless the procedure provided for by the law for the disclosure of personal data is initiated (Greek Law 2225/1994) or any obligations stem from the national application of the European Directive No. 24/2006.
